Blaine Lake and District Chamber

The Blaine Lake & District Chamber of Commerce works in cooperation with the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, working together for the purpose of promoting the civic and commercial progress of business and com unity.

The Saskatchewan Chamber

The Saskatchewan Chamber is a highly specialized government relations consultant and an officially registered lobbyist for business. Working for a membership including all sizes of individual business firms, local chamber of commerces and a number of provincial business and professional associations, the Saskatchewan Chamber brings the ideas of business members to the attention of elected politicians and senior government officials on a regular basis.

Traditionally, the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce works with the federation of local Chambers throughout the province, approximately 70 organizations, and with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce at the national level.

Representing a broad spectrum of community life in Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan

Chamber is uniquely equipped to develop policies that accurately reflect the views of

community and business leaders in the interest of all society.

Meetings are held at the Blaine Lake Wapiti Public Library

located on the corner of Railway Ave. and Main St. in Blaine Lake

Meetings ar usually held every second Tuesday of the month

at 7:00 PM

WHO ARE WE?

The Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization, independent of government. Its activities are carried out through the volunteer contributions and talents of the service, business, industrial, and professional individuals that comprise its membership.

Governed by an elected Board of Directors, the Chamber serves as a valuable link between businesses and between business and all orders of government. The Directors are a diverse group of men and women who are leaders in the business community. They share ideas, raise issues and awareness, and advance the interests of the membership. They view differences within the community as assets and opportunities, providing a model for respecting and celebrating Blaine Lake’s diversity!
